Piezoelectric level sensor
Excellent durability and reliability! The resonant frequency changes as the surrounding medium changes, allowing for liquid level measurement.
Ultrasonic level sensors are widely used for non-contact level detection of liquids and bulk solids. The sensor is equipped with a piezoelectric ceramic transducer that can emit high-frequency ultrasonic waves, and the piezoelectric ceramic transducer is mounted above the liquid surface being measured. The distance to the liquid surface from the sensor is determined by sending short ultrasonic pulses and measuring the time it takes for the pulses to reflect off the liquid surface and return. Another method for measuring the liquid surface uses a metal tuning fork, whose self-resonant frequency is detected by an evaluation circuit when excited by the piezoelectric ceramic transducer. When the surrounding medium changes, the resonant frequency changes, allowing for measurement of the liquid surface. 【Features】 ■ Excellent durability and reliability ■ High sensitivity and fast response ■ High resolution and positional accuracy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
